Three things set us apart from every other Triad builder.
Transparent Pricing
We publish real cost ranges and give you an all-in price before you sign anything. No bait-and-switch, no surprise change orders. You'll know exactly where every dollar goes.
Real-Time Updates
Weekly photo updates sent directly to your phone. You deal directly with Nara, the licensed general contractor, on every build. You're never left wondering what's happening with your home — we keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Built for the Triad
We know Guilford, Forsyth, Davidson, Randolph and Rockingham counties inside and out — the soil conditions, the zoning rules, the permitting offices, the subcontractors. Local knowledge saves you time and money. We build on owners' lots in Archdale & Trinity and Reidsville, and you can request a free site evaluation.
Licensed, Insured & Accountable
We put our credentials front and center because trust is earned, not assumed.
