Discovery & Consultation
We start with a conversation. What are your goals? What's your budget? What features matter most? Whether you're buying a spec home, building on your land, or planning an investment property, we'll map out the right path. This initial consultation is always free.
Design & Pricing
You'll select or customize a floor plan, choose your finishes in our design consultation, and receive a detailed all-in price. No ambiguity. You'll know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs. We walk through every line item.
Permitting & Site Prep
We handle all permits, inspections, and site preparation. Clearing, grading, erosion control, utility connections — it's all managed by our team. You don't chase paperwork. We do.
Construction
Your dedicated project manager oversees every phase: foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical systems, exterior, interior finishes, and landscaping. Weekly photo updates keep you in the loop. Site visits are always welcome.
Final Walkthrough & Move-In
We walk through every room together. Punch list items are addressed before closing. Then we hand you the keys, your warranty package, appliance manuals, and a maintenance guide. We follow up at 30 days, 6 months, and 11 months.
